SYGIndustrial is a B2B CNC machining company based in Zaandam, Netherlands. We specialise in custom steel and aluminium parts — 3-axis CNC milling and turning — for engineers and procurement managers across Benelux, DACH, and Scandinavia.
We handle everything from single prototypes (1–3 pieces) through to pilot series (10–50 pieces) and full production runs (50+ pieces). The process is simple: upload your drawing, get a quote within 24 hours, approve, and receive parts.

Our manufacturing facility is in Bursa, Turkey— one of Turkey's largest industrial centres and home to a dense cluster of precision engineering and CNC machining companies. Turkish manufacturing costs are significantly lower than Western European equivalents, without any compromise on machine capability or dimensional accuracy.
The key piece: Turkey and the EU have been in a customs union since 1996. Industrial goods manufactured in Turkey move into the EU without import duties. That means our clients pay no tariffs, no customs clearance delays, and no unexpected fees on delivery. The parts arrive like they came from a factory in Germany or the Netherlands — because legally, they enter the EU on the same terms.

What we machine
3-axis CNC milling and turning in steel (S235, S355, SS304, SS316) and aluminium (6061, 7075, 6082, 5083). Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm, tighter tolerances on request. Surface finishes include anodize (aluminium), powder coat, passivation (stainless), and as-machined.
We accept drawings in DXF, STEP, IGES, and PDF format. The RFQ form takes files up to 20 MB. If your files are larger or your project needs a conversation first, email us directly.
